The Southern New England Softball League provides a great atmosphere for anyone and everyone to learn and play softball in the Connecticut and Western Massachusetts areas.

Currently there are six teams in the league, providing everyone in Southern New England an opportunity to have fun, make friends and stay active.

The league is an active member of NAGAAA (The North American Gay Amateur Athletic Association).

New London Facilities

Clark Lane Middle School

From 95 North: Take exit 82 (Crystal Mall). Take a right off the exit. At the first light, take a right onto Jefferson Avenue. (Illiano's Pizza should be kind of to your left when at the light.) You'll pass a big cemetary on both sides of you. At the light in front of the high school, bare right. Go thru the first stop sign. You will then come to a small intersection. You have the right of way. Every one else has a stop sign. Go left onto Clark Lane. Do not go straight. Go down about 1/4 to 1/2 mile, Clark Lane Junior High will be on the left. Drive behind the school to get to the fields.

From Hartford/SPringfield: You can take 91 south to Rte 9 south to 95 North and follow above directions, or you can take 91 South to Rte 2 (towards Norwich). Follow rte 2 to rte 11 (exit 19 I believe). At the end of Rte 11 take a left. At the light, take a right onto Rte 85. Follow into Waterford/New london. When you pass the Crystal Mall and get to the light with Illiano's on your left, follow the above directions.



Veterans Field

Follow directions to Clark Lane Middle School Fields. After passing Clark Lane Middle School continue to go straight through one light and the road will end at the next light. Take Right at light onto Boston Post road ( RT 1 ). Stay in right lane, go straight through the next light and Vets Field is on your left.
