We will be playing the playoff games on August 18-19 at Hubbard Park #2 field in Springfield instead of the previously arranged Nathan Bill Park. The field at Hubbard Park is a far better playing facility. Please advise all players of the change of venue (which will be posted on the website) as well as fans.The games on both days will start at 1PM with the exact schedule to be determined after Sunday's games in Hartford,

Here are the directions coming north on route 91 from Ct:

 

1. Take Route 91 North through Springfield

2. Take exit 8 off of route 91 which is route 291 East

3. After 3.8 miles merge onto Page Boulevard/US20E via exit 5A off of route 291 toward Indian Orchard

4. Go 2.6 miles on Page Boulevard through several sets of lights including the one where you normally turn right on Roosevelt Ave. to go to Blunt Park

5. Turn right onto US 20 Pasco Rd. for .1 mile

6. Take a left onto Crosley St. for .1 mile

7. Take a right onto Oak St. for .4 mile

8. Take a left onto Parker St. Ma-21

9. Hubbard Park is on the right hand side of Parker St. A basketball court is in front of the park. There is a small parking lot inside the park. You can also park along Parker St. or enter the park from the rear by taking a  right onto Pulaski St. just past Hubbard Park (Parker St. Pub is on the corner,formerly the Pulaski Club). You will go past Chumura's Polish bakery on Pulaski St. and Hubbard park is on the right hand side. You walk down a short hill to the park.

 

 

 

 

We have rooms reserved at the Holiday Inn 711 Dwight Street Springfield Ma phone number 413-781-0900 for 99 dollars a night, you have to book the rooms from 8-10-07 through 8-15-07. The Inn is minutes away from the downtown clubs and it has an indoor swimming pool and a health facility as well as a restaurant. We are also planning on having a hospitality suite.
